We do not ship anything. vellumprairie.site is an advertorial and review site. It holds no inventory, packs no orders, and has no access to any tracking system. Shipping is handled entirely by the merchant you purchased from.
1. Who ships your order
The merchant whose checkout you completed. Their shipping policy, carriers, delivery estimates, and fees are published on their own website and were shown to you before payment.
2. Tracking an order
Tracking information is emailed by the merchant once the parcel leaves their warehouse. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact the merchant's support address from your order confirmation email.
3. Typical timelines
As a general guide only, physical products advertised on this Site are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days domestically, or 10–20 business days internationally. These are not our commitments — the merchant's stated timelines are the ones that apply to your order.
4. Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. They are not included in the price you paid and are your responsibility.
5. Damaged, missing, or wrong items
Photograph the parcel and its contents and contact the merchant's support within the window stated in their policy. Claims are resolved by the merchant and their carrier.

Some products featured here are digital and are not shipped at all — access is delivered by email immediately after purchase.
